EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

The farm Azienda Agricola di Bagno a Sorra has been cultivating olive trees since the 15th century and has today biological cultivations guaranteed by AIAB, the European Community, Tuscan ICP and DOP lands of Sienna.
From the variety of Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino, manually stripped off and grinded with continuous cycle extraction system, the farm produces an interesting selection of extra virgin olive oil called "I FANCIULLI".
The oil is clear and appears green with sweet golden yellow tones. It opens to the sense of smell with good intensity and persistence and it is characterised by scents of grass and dried fruit, with complex notes of thistle and officinal. It tastes elegant and harmonic, rich in vegetal notes of grass and thistle, bitter, spicy contents closing with sweet almond.
